Day 47
Tonight we went out for dinner at our favourite Thai restaurant Krua Watcharee, otherwise known as ‘The General’, (well by us at least). Long story short; a lot of Thai restaurants have only Thai signage, so there are places you may like but have no name in English, so we make up our own names. The General came about because one night, whilst eating here, a man dressed like a General got very, very drunk and reversed his truck into a ditch. We thought it was very funny and thus christened the restaurant ‘The General’.
* The restaurant recently got English signage, but we like our name better!
The food is so good here, Warrie can’t even wait for me to take a picture, hence the hand shot!
